The dashboard quantifies the state of the network — open tasks by status and priority, structures at risk, overdue inspection reports — and what moved over the period: tasks completed, hours worked, labour cost, public reports. What the crew enters becomes a figure
No separate report to fill out. A closed task, a time entry, a structure inspection: whatever the crew records in the app feeds the dashboard. Figures are settled every night on the last full day, so two people looking at the same screen read the same thing.

Your season at a glance

Are the PDF reports branded with my organization?
Yes. Your place's logo appears at the top of the PDF, with the structure, its score, the color-coded answers and the photos. It's ready to use for your partners, insurers, grant applications — no rework in Word needed.
What export formats are available?
Excel for the data: tasks (with their time entries), structures, timesheets and checklists. PDF for structure inspection reports, one at a time or in bulk, with your logo, the score and the photos.
Can I customize the reports?
Yes, through the filter. A task export follows the filter you've set — period, trails, task types, status, assignees — and a timesheet export follows the chosen period and grouping. You get exactly what you want to demonstrate.
How long is data retained?
As long as your account is active, everything is kept. If you cancel, we keep your data for 90 days to allow a reactivation or a complete export.
