The deletion is immediate and permanent, and it requires no contact with customer support. Step-by-step instructions are published in our documentation.
Deleting Your Account erases Your profile (name, email address, phone number and picture), Your membership of every trail site, Your sessions, Your notifications and preferences, Your pending invitations, Your activity history, and all Sentinel data stored on the device. The operational records You created — tasks, inspection reports, messages and time entries — remain in the trail site they belong to, with Your authorship anonymized, because those records describe the state of a trail network operated by an organization rather than personal information about You.
You may also contact Us to request access to, correct, or delete any personal information that You have provided to Us.
Please note, however, that We may need to retain certain information when we have a legal obligation or lawful basis to do so.
