Sentinel 1.6.2
Modify multiple tasks in bulk
After a full year of using Sentinel and hundreds of hours of work, you probably have a lot of tasks that are not up to date, or not relevant anymore.
As you are planning your trail work for the next season, you realize that you have multiple tasks in Sentinel that need to be marked as done, or re-prioritized. But doing that one task at a time would be very time-consuming!
That is why we are releasing a new feature to help you save time.
Going into the list view of your tasks, you can access the option to “Edit multiple tasks” at the same time by clicking on the three-dot menu.

Use the filters to narrow down your search and select only the tasks you want to update. Let’s say you want all the tasks that were created before January 2025, no worries!

Go to the next step and choose the modification you want to make. You want to mark all these tasks as “Done”? Let’s do that!

And voilà! All the corresponding tasks will be updated at the same time, and it only required a couple of clicks on your end.
Note: This feature is only accessible to “Admin” members.
Export data into an excel file
You’re using Sentinel for a couple of months now, and you are probably at this stage where you would like to have a deeper analysis of all the work that has been done on your network.
How much time has been put into each project?
Which trail required the most maintenance?
Do we have the same erosion or water issues over and over again?
Trying to answer all these questions through a mobile device can be tricky. That is why we are releasing a new feature to export your data into an excel file!
Going into the list view of your tasks, you can access the option to “Export data” by clicking on the three-dot menu.

Select the tasks you want to export. It could be all of the tasks created in your account, or you could also narrow down your search by using the filters.

Having all your data in an excel file also gives you the ability to share the information with external contributors, your board of directors, or even financial and legal institutions. It also enables you to transfer the data to another system or application you might be using internally.
